4. Who has access to your personal data?

Only employees, collaborators and administrators/managers of NEQMI SAS have

access to your personal data for the purposes mentioned above.

Thus, NEQMI SAS may use your personal identification data, such as your

first and last name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone (including telephone

portable), the reference of the stones ordered, the history of your purchases and repairs, and

information about the contractor you use for purchases and maintenance. The

Your personal data is not transmitted outside the EU.

 

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

NEQMI SAS will retain your personal data for as long as necessary

for the purposes specified in this notification.

This means that the data is kept:

I. for customer management and after-sales service: as long as our relationship lasts

commercial and up to one year after the expiry of the limitation period applicable in

potential disputes;

II. for the fight against fraud and infringements, as well as for the management of disputes:

as long as the dispute lasts;

III. for use in connection with reorganizations or divestitures/acquisitions

businesses: as long as our business relationship is ongoing:

IV. for direct marketing: for a period of 5 years after our last

interaction, unless you object to processing for this purpose;

V. for social networks: as long as you choose to follow us;

VI. to comply with other legal provisions: for as long as required by law.

In any case, we will delete your personal data 8 years after

our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer due to a

legal obligation or for product safety reasons.

 

7. Do we use automated decision making?

NEQMI SAS does not make use of automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the

GDPR.

 

8. What measures do we take for secure processing?

NEQMI SAS takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures

to ensure, with regard to possible risks, an appropriate level of security to maintain

the integrity, confidentiality and availability of your personal data.

 

 

Third-party service providers we use are also required to
